Global Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

This global policy explains how Zeppelin Games handles information in its mobile games, applications, and website. Our portfolio includes children's games as well as productivity, lifestyle, education, creativity, and other general-purpose applications.

1. Who We Are

"Zeppelin Games" is the publisher name used for our applications on Google Play. The developer shown on our Google Play listings is Mohamed Bakkali Tahiri, based in Morocco. In this policy, "Zeppelin Games," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the publisher and developer responsible for the relevant product.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to zeppelingames.contact@gmail.com.

2. Products Covered by This Policy

This policy applies to Zeppelin Games mobile games and applications distributed through Google Play, together with this website and its support features. Because our portfolio contains many products, not every feature or data practice described here is present in every application. The relevant app listing, in-app notices, and permission prompts provide additional product-specific information.

We may update this policy when we launch a new product, add a feature, change a service provider, or change how information is handled.

3. Information We May Handle

Depending on the product and features you use, we may handle the following categories of information:

  • Information you create: prompts, notes, tasks, plans, books, reading progress, product details, meal plans, grocery lists, game scores, settings, and similar content.
  • Audio: voice recordings and related titles or notes when you use a voice-recording feature.
  • Device and app information: device model, operating system, app version, language, country or region, diagnostic information, and app performance information.
  • Usage information: information about screens, features, sessions, advertisements, and interactions used to operate, secure, measure, and improve an app.
  • Advertising information: information that may be processed by an advertising or mediation provider, such as IP address, advertising or app identifiers where permitted, ad interactions, and technical information.
  • Permission-related information: information made available when you grant a permission, such as microphone input, selected files, notifications, or installed-app and usage information for an app-blocking feature.
  • Support information: your name if provided, email address, message, and information you choose to include when contacting us.

4. Local Storage and Optional Online Services

Many Zeppelin Games products are designed to work locally. Content you create may be stored on your device and may remain inaccessible to us. Local content can usually be removed through the app's controls, Android settings, or by uninstalling the app. Files exported or shared outside an app are controlled by the destination you choose.

Some products or future features may use online services for cloud backup, synchronization, authentication, customer support, analytics, crash reporting, or other functionality. When an app sends information online, the app's feature, in-app notice, privacy options, and Google Play Data safety section should be reviewed together with this policy.

5. Product-Specific Features

Voice recording

An app with recording features uses the microphone only after you start or enable the relevant feature and grant the required Android permission. Recordings may be stored locally and may be exported or shared by you. Unless an app explicitly states otherwise, we do not use recordings to identify you or send them to an AI model.

App blocking and usage information

An app-blocking product may need access to information about installed apps or app usage so it can identify selected apps and enforce a focus session. This information is sensitive device or usage information. The feature is intended to process it for the app-blocking function and not to read the content inside other apps.

Prompts, notes, and personal planning data

Productivity, reading, beauty, food, home, and lifestyle apps may store the content you enter, such as prompts, notes, routines, books, products, costs, meals, or reminders. Unless the app explicitly provides a cloud or online feature, this content is intended to remain on your device.

Clipboard, files, notifications, and overlays

Some apps may copy content to the Android clipboard, read or write files that you select, send notifications, or display an optional overlay. These capabilities are used only for the feature that requires them and are requested or enabled through the relevant Android controls.

6. How We Use Information

Depending on the app and feature, information may be used to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the requested app features.
  • Save, restore, or synchronize content when an app offers those services.
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • Diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, protect security, and improve performance.
  • Understand feature usage and improve existing or future products.
  • Display and measure advertising in apps that contain ads.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

7. Advertising and Analytics

Some of our apps contain advertising. Depending on the app, release, audience, and configuration, advertising may be provided by Google Mobile Ads/AdMob, Unity Ads, or an advertising mediation or service partner. These providers may process technical information, ad requests, ad interactions, diagnostics, and identifiers according to their own policies and the settings available for the app and your device.

Some apps may use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or comparable services for app measurement and crash reporting. These services may receive technical and diagnostic information and, depending on configuration, information about app events. We do not intentionally send your locally created content to analytics services unless the relevant feature clearly requires it.

Advertising and analytics practices may vary by product. We do not use personalized advertising in a child-directed experience where applicable rules prohibit it. Where consent or privacy choices are required, they are requested through the app or the relevant platform mechanism.

For more information, review the privacy policies of Google, Unity, and any provider identified in the relevant app or consent dialog.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers only where they support a product, website feature, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, communication, or security function. Depending on the product, these may include:

  • Google Play and Google Mobile Ads/AdMob for distribution, advertising, and related services.
  • Firebase services for analytics, crash reporting, or other enabled app services.
  • Unity Ads and advertising mediation or supply partners where enabled.
  • Submit Form for processing messages submitted through the website contact form.
  • Google reCAPTCHA for protecting the contact form from abuse.
  • Website hosting, content delivery, font, video, and social media providers.

Providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control the privacy practices of third-party services, and their processing may occur in countries other than your own.

9. Website and Contact Form

When you browse our website, hosting systems and external resources may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and requested pages. Our website also includes links or embedded content from services such as YouTube, Google Fonts, Font Awesome, and social networks. Those services may process information when their content is loaded or used.

If you use our contact form, we receive the email address and message you submit. Your name is optional. The form is processed through Submit Form and protected by Google reCAPTCHA. We use this information to respond to you, provide support, prevent abuse, and keep appropriate support records.

10. Children's Privacy

Some Zeppelin Games products are designed for children and may participate in Google Play's Families requirements. Other products are general-purpose applications intended for older users. The presence of this section does not mean that every Zeppelin Games product is child-directed.

In child-directed products, we do not knowingly ask children to submit direct contact information such as their name, email address, phone number, or home address through the app. We use applicable child-directed advertising and data settings where required, and child-directed products should not include open chat or communication with strangers.

Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information, or who have a privacy question about a child-directed product, should contact us at zeppelingames.contact@gmail.com.

11. Sharing and Disclosure

We may disclose information:

  • To service providers that process information for hosting, support, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, security, or other documented business functions.
  • When you choose to export, share, or send content using an app feature.
  • When required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
  • When necessary to protect users, the public, our services, or our legal rights.
  • As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and notice where required.

We do not sell your locally created content. We do not intentionally use your private content for advertising personalization. Advertising providers may process advertising-related information as described in their own policies and the applicable consent choices.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information under our control. Information transmitted to our services or service providers is generally protected using HTTPS or other appropriate security measures. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

13. Retention and Deletion

Local app data is generally retained on your device until you delete it through the app or Android, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Data exported to another location may remain there until you delete it from that location.

Information sent to us through support is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain appropriate business records. Third-party providers may retain information under their own policies.

If an app supports an account, you may request account and associated data deletion by contacting us at zeppelingames.contact@gmail.com. Include the app name and the account email or other identifier, but do not send your password. Some apps do not create accounts and therefore have no server account to delete.

14. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or information about personal data we control. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a request, email zeppelingames.contact@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and identify the relevant app or website feature. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If information exists only on your device, we cannot retrieve it for you; use the app or Android's controls to delete it.

You may also manage Android permissions, advertising identifiers, notifications, and privacy settings through your device settings and any controls provided by the relevant app or advertising provider.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy to reflect changes to our products, services, legal requirements, or data practices. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of a product after an update means that you have had an opportunity to review the revised policy.
